Namirio and the Curse of Silence is a little fairy-tale written by myself in the wonderful age of 18 and realized as a film. I started to re-designed it in 2009 as a children´s book. I revised the whole charakter design and setting as well as text and layout. Namirio is an adventurous wood troll who understand the language of all animals in the wood. Often they make music together and Namirios plays his self-made violin. But not everybody is well-disposed towards Namirio. Some day a witch puts a curse on the wood that steels the voice of all animals. Namirio has to pluck up all his courage and smartness to face this devilry. A little story about courage and friendship, desperation and the power of music. Drawn with watercolours, spray-colour and coloured pencil.
